Millhouse has been on the scene for over 10 years, playing in venues throughout Ireland, and more recently Germany. He has worked along side with some great DJ's and producers in the industry; including Dave Clarke, Marco Remus, Luke Creed, Rhythm Technologies, Diarmaid O Meara, Dave the Drummer, & Patrick DSP to name a few. His main influences have been Dave Clarke, Diarmaid O Meara and Variant head Luke Creed. Releasing his music since 2010, his first solo release was on Gobsmacked Records’ 50th release, and since then he has gone from strength to strength, we at Variant, are happy to present this fantastic album, his first release of this size, 13 fantastic original tracks, that will have any techno fan salivating with joy, some floor destroyers in this package for sure. Millhouse made the decision to move to Berlin to work closer with the Gobsmacked Records. Since moving to Berlin he has flourished, seening a string of releases on such labels as Viral Outbreak, Switch Off, Mk recordings, Elmart, his main label Gobsmacked, and also a few so far on Variant, though this is his first full release on the label. Millhouse continuously shows his musical dynamics in mixing and producing. He's known and respected for his dynamic ability to play tracks from Dark Driving Techno to Funky and Hard Techno and his love for solid base beats and driving basslines, and he proves that he can produce as good as he plays with this 13 track album crammed full of variety and goodness. We hope you enjoy this album, it won't be the last time he features on the label. So watch this space and check out his other work, you will be glad you did.
